What equipment do I use?

Well, I thought it might be interesting for you to see what I use on a daily basis in the world of photography 

Camera Gear

• Canon 50D with Battery Grip 
• Canon 18-55mm EFS IS f/3.5 - 5.6 
• Sigma 70-300mm f/4 - 5.6
• Sigma 70-200mm f/2.8 
• Canon to Sigma 2x Convertor  
• Tripod - Standard  
• 430EX Flash
• A Pair of wireless flash triggers
• 1m Flash Cable 
• 2x 4gb CF cards (300x)
• 1x 512mb card (300x)
• 4 or 5 UV filters, varying sizes
• 1x 58mm Polarizing Filter 

Hardware

• iMac Core2Duo 2ghz, 3gb Ram, 160gb HD

External Storage attached to the iMac:

• Western Digital 320gb FW Drive
• Western Digital 1tb USB Drive
• Freecom 500gb USB Drive  
• Sepia USB Card Reader
• 7 Port USB Hub  
• On some occasions I use my MacBook Pro in the field. But thanks for larger memory cards I tend to import and edit on the iMac.

Software

• Snow Leopard 10.6 OS 
• Aperture for photo storage and basic editing 
• Adobe Photoshop CS4 - Editing and batch processing
• Automator - Batch file script for file renaming 
• File Zilla  - FTP Application to upload to my web server 

Other

• Hama Lens cleaning brush  
• My website is based on Joomla, with various plugins and themes to make it work the way I want it to.
• The photo library plugin I use for Joomla - after trying a fair few - is Morfeoshow.
